Hi All,

Today, I wanted to talk about one of my heroes. Winston Churchill. He was a guiding force for me to move from NYC to London to fulfill my destiny (in hindsight - I have no idea what I was signing up for).  He was an imperialist and a controversial figure for some, but I wanted to focus on his leadership and the lessons we can take away from his tumultuous life.

Side note) this Wedgewood pottery plate moved from NYC to London with me. Churchill came to my life as an inspiration 10 years ago when I was a newly minted financial analyst in NYC. I stumbled upon Chartwell Booksellers - the world's only Winston Churchill bookshop in my office building...and the rest is history.

In the tapestry of 20th-century history, few figures stand as colossal as Sir Winston Churchill. A statesman of immense caliber, his leadership during the darkest hours of World War II has left an indelible mark.
